After you downloaded a language, use an unzip utility (like WinZip) to unzip the language file in the "Lang" subdirectory of Cool Desk. This directory of Cool Desk is usually "\Program Files\Cool Desk\". The language files have the extension ".DLL". You can not just put the ZIP file in the directory, it won't work.
