Windows Tray - How to Use?
You can simply use this featured applicaton. Just run Active Captions and window's minimize button will always reduce window to Windows Tray (near the clock) with right mouse button click.

Active Captions is a handy utility that extends window's caption buttons with additional features. Right mouse button click on minimize button minimizes the window into the Windows Tray. Click with right mouse button on window's Maximize/Restore button to roll-up window to its title bar. To make your windows stay on top of all
other windows just click on Close button with your right mouse button . You can also assign hotkey (including Windows key) for these extended windows features. Active Captions supports multilingual interfaces.
Windows Tray notification area has appeared since the first version of Windows 95. It is located in the taskbar (near the system clock). Many programs use Windows Tray to provide fast access to their functions and display their current status.
